Your satisfaction is my top priority! I proudly offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all buzzing items. If you're not completely happy with your purchase or encounter any issues within 90 days of the purchase date, you can return the product for a merchandise credit.

After the first 90 days from the original purchase date, Pure Romance and Euforia warranties toys for a period of one year against manufacturing defects or materials that affect the product's function. 

REFUNDS (ALL OTHER ITEMS)

Due to the intimate nature of the Pure Romance and Euforia product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued.
